2) it's just about grinding for the goals and not really very "idle". The black and blue friday event is a good example of this I love the whole random boosted event thing, but the way the goals can be manipulated basically eliminates the need to pay attention to it. Strategies specific to particular events basically dont matter anymore.
This is because 1) it kills the individuality of events. HOWEVER, I think the new way of having leaderboards based on goal points sucks. I think the 12 tiers are good, its an easyish (but still challenging) non-competitive way to get suits and gold.
